Summer Wine Pairing Dinner
Reserve a seat at our 2023 Summer Wine Pairing Dinner on Saturday, August 12th and enjoy a four-course meal prepared by Chef’s Table paired with Bull Run wines, featuring exclusive access to our new line of Rock Mill Reserve wines.
Our winemaking team will present the food & wine pairings, and discuss the flavor profiles of each selection and how they complement one another.
Event timeline:
6:00 – 6:45PM: Guest check-in & welcome mixer
6:45 – 7:00PM: Guests seated for dinner
7:00 – 9:00PM: Dinner service
9:00 – 10:00PM: Wine bar open, exclusive wine order window
10:00PM: Event ends, winery closes.

First Course – Hors d’oeuvres
– Caprese kabobs with a balsamic glaze
– Strawberry ricotta bruschetta
– Shrimp ceviche with cilantro
Paired with Bull Run Estate Rosé
Second Course – Salad
– Spring leaf salad with mandarin oranges, fresh raspberries, sliced cucumber, dried cranberries, and raspberry vinaigrette
– Focaccia bread and olive oil with parmesan

All Entrée options are served with bouquet of asparagus and fingerling potatoes with butter and parsley.
