Bull Run Summer Concert Series: The Special Occasions Entertainment Group
Join us at The Winery at Bull Run on Friday, August 23rd, 2024 from 6:30-9:30PM for a Hillwood Concert featuring Special Occasions Entertainment Group! (Rescheduled from August 9th due to Hurricane Debby–all tickets for the August 9th date will be honored)
– Event is ages 21+ only
– Lawn tickets are $10 per person
– Check-in will begin at 5PM. Hillwood Lawn will open at 5PM. Each ticket-holder will be given a wristband upon check-in. All guests must have a wristband to enter Hillwood Lawn after 5PM, and to remain on the property after it closes to the public at 7 PM.
– Guests are welcome to bring a lawn chair (please take it out of bag for check-in) or a blanket. There will be no picnic tables set up on Hillwood Lawn.
– No outside beverages, coolers, large bags, etc. All belongings subject to security search.
– No open flames of any kind permitted
– No dogs or other pets permitted
– Last call will be at 9 PM. The Winery will close at 9:30PM.
– Event is rain or shine. If chances of rain are significant, the concert may be moved to the covered patio. All tickets are nonrefundable.
Tickets and parking are limited. Please purchase your ticket ahead of time here on Tock as we cannot ensure walk-in availability. We encourage guests to utilize rideshares or carpool with other ticketholders. See you there!
