Generals Quarters

 

If you're looking for a casual outdoor picnic style space our group reservations are perfect for your next celebration! Our Generals Quarters has stunning views of our vineyard, the Bull Run mountains, and the neighboring horse farm. Each bay includes a sun sail, 4 picnic tables, and a 20’ x 40’ lawn space for your group. This space accommodates up to 35 guests per bay with a 2-bay reservation limit.

$350 per 3-hour time slot

Available March-November, 11:30am -2:30pm
& 3:30pm-6:30pm every day

Semi-Private Tent

 

Enjoy a privatized area in our tent located in the family-friendly section of the winery. Each semi-private space is 25'x 35', separated by ropes, and includes 4, 6ft picnic tables. This space accommodates up to 35 guests per bay with a 2 bay reservation limit.

$350 per 3-hour time slot

Available March-November, 11:30am -2:30pm
& 3:30pm-6:30pm

 

Production Barn Tasting Room

Featuring a Prohibition-era inspired bar with brick accents, this space in the center of our Production Barn is perfect for small gatherings. The VIP loft overlooking the room is a cozy space with leather couches and a rustic coffee table. This rental also comes with the attached semi-covered patio.

Accommodates: up to 50 guests.
Flat rate: $500 per hour, 2 hour minimum. Your hourly rental includes a $100 wine credit with every hour booked!

Barrel Room Hourly Rental

The Barrel Room is our most rustic space with reclaimed wood and stone walls featuring historic artifacts to add charm to the already festively decorated room. This rental also comes with the attached semi-covered patio and a private restroom.

Accommodates: up to 50 guests.
Flat rate: $500 per hour, 2 hour minimum. Your hourly rental includes a $100 wine credit with every hour booked!

Generals Deck Reservation

Private use of The Winery at Bull Run's Generals Deck with panoramic views of the winery grounds and vineyard. The space includes 6 high tops tables with 4 chairs each and one 6ft table. This space can accommodate up to 50 guests. This rental space is not handicap accessible.

The Generals Deck is available by reservation only, for a non-refundable $600.00 reservation fee. Your reservation is for a 3 hour period from 11:30am to 2:30pm.

1 case (12 bottles) wine purchase minimum required for all reservations.

Flat rate: $600 for a 3-hour reservation

Wine Tasting 

Add a private group tasting to your reservation. A wine educator will come to your space and host a personalized wine tasting for just your group! Taste a flight of 6 Bull Run wines and take home a souvenir wine glass for $25 per person.

Policies

General winery rules listed in the FAQ's Page.

In the event that any governmental entity, agency or legislative body enacts a law, regulation, state of emergency, or executive order that requires TWABR to shut down or limit the amount of people that can be on the property (due to COVID-19 or any other reason) such that TWABR cannot host the reservation or cannot host the full number of expected guests on the reservation date, then your sole option is to reschedule to another date within 6 months of the original reservation.  

Do-it-Yourself type reservation with no staff assistance in set up or cleanup. Please be sure to leave the space as you found it and place all garbage in the provide garbage can or trash bag in your bay (available upon request) 

We do not allow early arrivals for set up and late departures for cleanup. You are expected to setup and clean up within your reserved time. Clean up fee of $350 will be charged to credit card on file if space is not returned to original state or if trash is left behind.  

Balloons, glitter, confetti, and other items that may be harmful to the environment are NOT allowed. 

Speakers, amplified music and live music are not allowed. 

Children are allowed and must be supervised at all times

No refunds are available for cancellations

Inclement Weather Policy

  • Complimentary reschedule within 6 months of original reservation date.
  • We do not offer refunds, and there is NO option to move to covered or indoor seating.
  • Reschedule requests due to inclement weather must be received 24 hours prior to the reservation. Requests received within 24 hours will be considered a cancellation request.
  • The Tents are covered and no reschedules are available due to rain.

In the case that the winery is shut down due to inclement weather, we offer a complimentary reschedule for all reservations to another date within 6 months of the original reservation date.

Food & Beverage Policy

  • We offer pre-bundled food and beverage packages (at a 20% discount!).
  • Outside food is allowed, but caterers and restaurants are NOT allowed to drop off food on site.
  • There is no heating, open flames or cooking allowed.
  • No outside beverages are allowed onsite (including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages).

Cancellation Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for cancellations.
  • Reschedule requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to the reservation date.
  • Reschedule requests received within 24 hours will be considered a cancellation request and no refunds, credits, or reschedules will be offered for the reservation, add on items, services or activities.
  • There is a rescheduling fee of $100 for non-weather related reschedules.
  • Complimentary reschedules are not guaranteed and will be offered based on availability with the exception of inclement weather reschedules received within 24 hours of the reservation date.
