Winemaking

Winemaking consists of a mosaic of components, starting with the land and ending with your first sip. We strive to produce age-worthy vintages that further develop in the bottle. Our world class grapes are mindfully farmed and meticulously cared for, resulting in well-balanced and complex wines.

3. Sustainability 

   • Hollywood Classic believes in sustainability and community. We farm organically, utilizing deficit drip irrigation, composting, native ground cover, and rock-filled gabions sourced onsite for erosion control.

     We form an irrigated greenbelt, serving as a fire break for our community. We have also made significant donations to the frontline community during the pandemic. Hollywood Classic seeks to be a good steward of the land and a proactive partner of the community.
